Successful candidates should have prior property/casualty insurance experience (if not, that's okay too), superior customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), the ability to multi-task, and exceptional attention to detail. Prior knowledge of Applied Systems (EPIC) would be awesome!
