Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in account management or customer service in insurance or related industry preferred.
Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance License is required or must be obtained within one month of hire.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial.
Customer Focused: Ability to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using office software.
Availability: Must be able to work onsite at our Wichita, Kansas location.
Assist in managing and servicing commercial accounts, ensuring all client requests and questions are addressed promptly and accurately.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is current and accurately reflects changes in clients' requirements or new information.
Support account managers in the preparation and delivery of policy renewals, terms, and conditions, ensuring clear communication with clients.
Coordinate with underwriters and brokers to process endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate communication between clients and insurance providers, ensuring transparency and understanding of policies, claims, and other inquiries.
Engage in continuing education opportunities to stay informed on the latest industry trends and products.
