Ideal candidates will have prior property/casualty insurance experience, superior customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), the ability to multi-task, and exceptional attention to detail.  Prior knowledge of Applied Systems (EPIC) is preferred.

 

Candidates must possess a high-school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).  A Kansas insurance license and professional designation (i.e. CISR) is preferred. However, we are happy to help you obtain your insurance license.

ICI is seeking a highly motivated Personal Insurance Advisor to join its team. The Personal Insurance Advisor is responsible for delivering superior customer service to our personal lines clients while working in a team environment, supporting the assigned producers.

ICI has offices in El Dorado, Wichita, Garden City, Emporia, Derby, and Augusta, Kansas, specializing in Commercial, Home, Auto, Life, Health, and Employee Benefits.
