Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and experience with office equipment such as printers and copiers.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.

Problem-Solving: Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and resolve issues independently.

Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the management team, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments to ensure optimal time management for executives.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and records to ensure information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication, managing emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Supporting project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other marketing materials using software like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, posting content, and engaging with followers.
  • Content Creation:
  • Assisting with creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Supporting market research efforts, collecting data, and analyzing results.
  • Marketing Campaign Support:
  • Providing administrative assistance with marketing campaigns, including creating collateral, managing budgets, and tracking performance.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary resources are available and functioning properly.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences to support team engagement and collaboration.
