Salary Range: $2,600.00 - $3,400.00 per month

To succeed in this role, you should have:
-Experience in operations, administrative support, or process improvement, ideally within an insurance or financial services context.
-Strong technical comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital tools (e.g., pipeline trackers, carrier portals, task automation tools).
-Proven attention to detail, task ownership, and time management.
-The ability to communicate clearly and proactively, especially when clarifying next steps or identifying an issue.

As a Process Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will focus almost entirely (97%+) on operational excellence and support for agency productivity. Your tasks will include:
Managing and optimizing internal workflows using our CRM and policy management systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Monitoring submissions, follow-ups, and client onboarding progress, flagging issues and ensuring timeliness and compliance.
Troubleshooting process gapsidentifying bottlenecks or repetitive challenges and proposing system improvements.
Maintaining accurate documentation for agency processes, training steps, and SOPs to support scale and consistency.
Supporting agents and client service teams with backend task execution, application tracking, form submissions, and portal updates.
