-Previous Farmers Insurance Agency experience is a plus.
-Bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English
-Professional phone etiquette.

-A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

-Process customer policy change requests.
-Take premium payments from customers.
-Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
-Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
-Return all phone messages promptly.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support.
-Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
-Handle customer renewals.
