Total Compensation Package = $50,000 = $150,000+ and includes Base Pay + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

To be considered, you MUST meet ALL the following requirements:
· Licensed P&C Insurance Producer (active and in good standing)
· Minimum 1 year of Allstate insurance sales experience
· At least 1 year of remote sales experience
· Proven track record of selling 40+ policies per month in an outbound calling environment
· Competitive sales mindset with a strong drive for commissions
· Dependable, self-motivated, and coachable with a positive attitude
· Strong communication & relationship-building skills
· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
· Prospect & generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
· Confidently make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage potential clients
· Evaluate client needs & provide tailored insurance solutions
· Educate prospects on the importance of proper coverage for their home, auto, life, and retirement security
· Build lasting relationships & drive sales success
