As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to both new and existing customers. Helping individuals and families secure their tomorrows and protect them from the unexpected is our mission.

Total Compensation Package Includes Base Salary + Commissions + Bonus Opportunities = Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000+ per year NO CAP COMMISSIONS – sell more, earn more!

Fun & Friendly Team Work Environment

·           Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED

·           Previous insurance experience in a captive agency setting (Allstate Preferred)

·           Proven sales track record – must provide reports or references to verify sales production

·           Dependability, and accountability is a MUST

·           Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly desired

·           Have a competitive desire to succeed

·           Be open to coaching, participate in team meetings, and learn WITH US

·           Ability to stay disciplined in an independent work environment

·           Self starters with a sense of urgency to get the job done right

·        Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

·        Make outbound calls to provided qualified warm leads
