The primary factors that will determine your beginning salary are your attitude, knowledge, and experience. For instance, the individual that has a great attitude, but limited insurance knowledge and a few months of insurance sales experience will start in the $30,000 range. The applicant that has a great attitude, is very knowledgeable, and has several years of commercial lines experience would start at over $60,000.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
• Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
