We are seeking a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-energy team. This fully virtual role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, passionate about customer care, and eager to grow in a supportive and fast-paced environment. You will focus on selling personal lines insurance products like home and auto coverage to new and existing clients across a well-established lead base.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated personality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
  • Highly coachable with a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Organized and driven to meet sales goals in a virtual environment
  • Comfortable using digital tools and remote communication platforms
Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and text to build strong relationships
  • Sell personal lines insurance products, with a focus on home and auto coverage
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored coverage options
  • Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads
