Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle models and automotive trends.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on creating positive experiences.
  • Proficient in using dealership management systems and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage challenges effectively.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the auto sales team to achieve dealership sales goals and objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exemplary service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and coordinate inventory, ensuring availability of necessary stock and optimal presentation on the showroom floor.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize profits and market penetration.
  • Training & Development: Train and mentor sales staff, fostering a professional and customer-focused environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data to track progress, evaluate team performance, and identify growth opportunities.
