Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a SDR or account executive role, experience selling into retail automotive highly preferred.

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Remote Work Proficiency: The ability to work effectively and autonomously in a fully remote environment, exhibiting self-motivation and discipline.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools pertinent to the sales process.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing industry trends and company updates to continually meet customer needs.

Results-Driven: A strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets through a methodical and strategic approach.

Responsibilities

THIS IS A HUNTER ROLE WITH UNCAPPED COMMISSION +ACCELERATORS

Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive clients to understand their needs and objectives.

Sales Strategy: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve targeted growth and market expansion.

Presentation Delivery: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our product offerings, emphasizing value and benefits to the clients.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements to create mutually beneficial arrangements.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to monitor performance and inform future strategies.
