Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is a must.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Policy Management: Oversee the preparation, delivery, and maintenance of client insurance policies, ensuring exceptional service throughout their lifecycle.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base through proactive engagement and networking.
Consultative Sales: Utilize consultative selling techniques to recommend appropriate coverage options, ensuring comprehensive protection for clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all operations adhere to legal standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to continually enhance service offerings.
