• Experience in positive reinforcement dog training methods (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of canine behavior, learning theory, and common behavioral issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain training techniques to pet owners.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for animals.
• Ability to manage multiple dogs and clients simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications from reputable training organizations (e.g., CCPDT, IAABC) are a plus.

• Develop and implement customized training plans based on individual dog needs and owner goals.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions using positive, reward-based methods.
• Educate pet owners on effective training techniques, canine behavior, and responsible pet ownership.
• Assess dog behavior and identify potential issues, providing guidance and solutions.
• Maintain accurate client and training records.
• Keep current with the latest developments and best practices in dog training and behavior.
