Experience: Previous experience in water restoration or construction is preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications: IICRC certification in water restoration is a plus.

Technical Skills: Ability to operate water extraction equipment and basic hand tools.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying water damage and implementing effective restoration strategies.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Water Extraction: Perform water extraction and removal from affected areas efficiently and safely.

Drying and Dehumidification: Implement appropriate drying and dehumidification processes to prevent mold growth and ensure complete restoration.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain water extraction and dehumidification equipment effectively.

Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of water damage and document findings accurately.

Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers, explaining the restoration process and answering any questions they may have.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and effective restoration services.

Safety Focus: Comply with all safety and health regulations to safeguard yourself, your team, and clients.
