Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar field.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further sales training or certifications are a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and ability to close deals effectively.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.

1. Client Engagement: Welcome and guide potential automotive buyers through the buying process with a friendly demeanor.
2. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all vehicles, their features, and benefits to advise customers thoroughly.
3. Inventory Management: Assist in keeping the showroom updated with the latest automotive offerings and displays.
4. Customer Relationship: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients creating a personalized buying experience.

Sales Process: Handle negotiations and close deals in a confident and efficient manner, meeting set sales targets.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and return business.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on automotive market trends and competitor offerings to better cater to client needs.
