Licensing: Must possess an active Michigan Property & Casualty License.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.

Communication: Proficient verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Strong ability to build relationships and work with clients to identify and meet their insurance needs.

Motivation: Demonstrated self-motivation and a driven nature to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing positively to the company culture and success.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills are necessary.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs and guiding them through the selection process.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new sales opportunities by identifying prospects and converting leads into policyholders.

Policy Customization: Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans tailored to their unique situations.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective time management and personalized service.
