Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.

Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage sales processes.

Customer-Focused: A keen understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to enhance customer experiences.

Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop efficient solutions.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software.

Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.

Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Leadership: Guide and mentor the sales team, setting clear objectives and goals.

Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership growth.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Customer Engagement: Ensure a customer-first approach, enhancing satisfaction and retention.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall dealership objectives.
