We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience using Google Suite—especially Google Sheets. A background in chat support (Intercom and Gmail) is a plus, along with familiarity in writing and editing job ads and knowledge of job board best practices.

Chat Support: Provide real-time responses to client inquiries via chat, focusing on fast, accurate, and high-quality service while meeting expected response times to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
Email Management: Monitor and respond to emails sent to the support inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Service Call Handling: Answer incoming service-related calls that are forwarded through the main phone line.
Custom Job Ad Creation: Write customized job ads for clients involved in our Virtual Hiring Assistant Program, tailoring ads to align with client needs and job board standards.
Job Ad Review: Review job ads that receive a low volume of applicants, connecting with clients to explain adjustments needed to meet job board standards and attract more candidates.
Help Center Review: Update and review Help Center articles as needed to ensure they remain relevant and helpful for users.
