Requirements

Licensing: Active Michigan Real Estate License is required for this role.

Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field, is essential.

Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and provide strategic input.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
