At IdealTraits, Inc., we are a leading provider of insurance-specific personality assessments. As a Client Success Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client's success and satisfaction. You will lead a team of talented Client Success Specialists, guiding them in delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

The base salary is $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1+ years of management / supervisory role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resource Experience is a BONUS
• Some travel REQUIRED
• Reliable high-speed internet connection REQUIRED.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to ensure effective communication.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite (Specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)

• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in delivering value to our clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive a successful client experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes and workflows.
• Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Monitor and analyze key performance team metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and share insights with the team.
• Meeting/exceeding goals set by management is expected.
