Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used office software.

Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.

Positive and welcoming attitude, with a willingness to assist others.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional response.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.

Assist with client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and guiding them to the appropriate resources.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and faxes.

Support team members with administrative tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
