We are seeking a motivated and Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. • Hourly Pay: $16 to $20 per hour based on experience

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Sales or call center experience is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in basic computer programs (MS Office)
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is required

• Contact prospects who have requested insurance quotes
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and relationship building
• Provide accurate insurance quotes and follow up to close sales
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Log all client interactions to support ongoing follow-ups and retention
