What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of customer service or call center experience (outbound preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic tech-savviness.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus).
Make outbound calls to current and potential customers to provide support, resolve issues, and promote products or services.
Follow up on inquiries, service requests, or feedback with professionalism and urgency.
Build strong customer relationships by actively listening, identifying needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and conversion targets.
Accurately log interactions, follow-up steps, and outcomes in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
