We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a 1099 contract labor employee, you will work remotely, connecting with potential clients to provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs. This role is commission-only, allowing you to earn based on your performance.

• Insurance License: This position requires an active insurance license in the following states:
• Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive communication with clients.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Utilize warm leads provided by the company to reach out to potential clients.
• Identify prospects through research, referrals, and networking.

• Consultative Selling:

• Conduct virtual or phone meetings with clients to understand their insurance requirements.
• Present suitable insurance products and explain coverage options.
• Assist clients in selecting policies that align with their budget and needs.

• Relationship Building:

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Sales Performance:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
