Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing: Active state insurance license required. Property / Casualty and Life licenses are required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of insurance products and services offered.
Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively presenting and explaining insurance options to prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate repeat business through referrals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, applications, and forms.
