Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active state insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.

Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to connect with clients and provide exceptional service.

Motivation: Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the various insurance products offered by the company to accurately advise clients.

Customized Solutions: Develop tailored insurance plans that meet the specific requirements of each client.

Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through effective strategies and customer engagement.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
