We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience across phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Salary Range: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year

Hands on Training

High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)

Previous customer service experience preferred

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required

Active Life & Health Insurance License required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and accurately

Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures

Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
