We are a well-established, locally trusted insurance agency seeking a full-time, on-site Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing a strong personal lines book of business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable on the phone, and is motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who is coachable, driven, and eager to learn.

You will work directly with clients to assess coverage needs, provide solutions, and follow up consistently to close business and maintain long-term relationships.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Develop new business through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-up

Prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales

Follow up on quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and renewals

Maintain accurate and detailed client records in agency systems

Stay up to date on products, carriers, and industry changes
