Salary Range: $37,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

• Property & Casualty license preferred but willing to provide training and support obtaining your license.
• A team player who is self motivated and goal driven. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, social media, and face to face.

• Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales. 
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to requests, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. 
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Building clientele via telephone prospecting, referrals, and networking in the community.
