• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to obtain MN insurance license within 6 months
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in insurance software and technology (training provided)

• Complete licensing requirements and training programs
• Assist with client meetings, sales calls, and policy servicing
• Develop and execute business development strategies
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations
