As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Holly Benson Insurance Agency, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their insurance needs, offering exceptional service, and ensuring that their experience with us is unparalleled.
We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual who is eager to join our team and contribute to our success. Base Salary PLUS Bonus Incentives make this position one that provides the opportunity to make well over the average CSR in the industry.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Must be Licensed with P & C, Life License a plus but not manditory. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving. Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain accuracy while processing information and handling customer requests. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work effectively with colleagues. Professionalism: Present a positive and approachable demeanor while interacting with clients and team members. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance principles and products is a plus. Location Requirement: Must be able to work from our office in Holt, MI.
Client Support: Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, changes, and claim submissions.
Policy Review: Review customer policies to ensure accuracy and provide recommendations when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about various insurance products to provide relevant information to clients.
