Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Michigan required prior to start date. Sales Experience A Plus: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Goal-Oriented: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Local Presence: Commitment to working in Holt, Michigan with the possibility of remote work options. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Generation: Develop sales strategies to actively promote our many insurance products.
Policy Recommendations: Assess client needs and provide customized insurance recommendations to meet their individual requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in the agency's system.
Customer Support: Primarily handled by our CSR(s) but occasionally you may be required to help provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
