Are you someone who loves helping people, thrives on staying organized, and wants more than just another job? We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our agency!

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus but not required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and via email


Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment


Basic computer skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly


Customer-first attitude

Friendly, professional, and patient when dealing with client questions and concerns


Willingness to learn

We provide training, but a coachable mindset is a must


Reliable and punctual

Consistency is keyyou'll be an important part of the team


Must be authorized to work in the U.S.



Bonus Qualifications (Not Required, but a Big Plus):

Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call center

Familiarity with insurance products or terminology

Bilingual (Spanish, Farsi, or other languages)

Experience with agency management systems (e.g., NowCerts, Applied, HawkSoft)


Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner

Address policy inquiries, assist with billing questions, and provide information about insurance products and services

Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up on pending issues


Prioritize daily tasks effectively to ensure time-sensitive matters are handled promptly


Maintain organized records and update customer information as needed

Be the first point of contact for our valued clientsvia phone, email, and more

Handle customer questions, policy updates, and service requests, documentation follow ups

Keep things running smoothly with great follow-up and time management

Work closely with a supportive team that wants you to succeed
