We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a knowledgeable, client-focused professional who excels in managing commercial accounts, supporting new and renewal business, and ensuring clients receive timely, accurate service. This role also includes meeting sales and retention goals by actively contributing to the agencys growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Must have 1 years of Experience with commercial insurance
Must be P&C Licensed
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including new business and renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
Review and process renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and audits.
Issue certificates of insurance, binders, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
Educate clients on their coverage options and make appropriate recommendations.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional lines of coverage.
Meet individual and agency sales and retention targets.
Provide day-to-day client support and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate and updated information in the agency management system.
Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
