Requirements
Must have at last 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Must have 1 year Of sales experience
Must have P&C License
Responsibilities
Sell Property & Casualty insurance products to individuals, families, and businesses.
Follow up on leads provided by the agency and actively generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
Conduct comprehensive needs-based assessments to recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and policy information in the Agency management system
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
