Requirements

• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Cultural competence and an understanding of the Hispanic community.

• Must pass background check.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Participation in insurance programs to develop skills in the insurance industry.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Answer incoming phone calls in both languages.

• Follow up on quotes provided to clients.

• • Process customer policy change requests.

• Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.

• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.

• Participate in networks, conferences, and additional training from insurance companies.

• Assist office staff with data entry, calendar, meetings, and deadlines.
