Our agency, located in Phoenix, AZ, advises our clients by finding them the best fit with our amazing insurance products and outstanding services, as well as actively looking to bring new clients into the agency. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 3+ year experience in sales and/or insurance
• Must be willing to obtain or currently possess an AZ Property and Casualty License
• Great Written/Verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by management.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and personal goals.
• Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities throughout the day.
