Experience: A minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on clarity and persuasion.
Customer Focused: Demonstrable experience in understanding and delivering on client needs to ensure satisfaction.
Remote Work: Ability to effectively balance and manage work duties both in-office and remotely, ensuring consistent productivity.
