Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance customer service or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with personal lines insurance products and services.
License: Active Washington State Insurance License is required.
Communication: Bilingual preferred

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with personal lines clients, understanding their needs and responding promptly to inquiries.
Policy Processing: Manage policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate client risks and provide recommendations for coverage options tailored to their individual requirements.
Claims Assistance: Provide support and guidance to clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Account Reviews: Conduct regular account reviews to ensure all client information is up-to-date and policies are adjusted as necessary.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s insurance products and services, offering suggestions to cross-sell opportunities.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with state insurance regulations and company policies.
