Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial insurance, specifically handling client accounts.

Proficiency with agency management systems (AMS) and standard office software.

Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and terminology.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy office setting.

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage the renewal process for existing commercial accounts, including remarketing and negotiating terms with carriers.

Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy-related documents accurately and efficiently.

Assist with claims processing by liaising between clients and insurance carriers.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by understanding their evolving business needs.

Collaborate effectively with producers and other internal teams to ensure seamless client service.
