Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive and approachable demeanor.
Comfortable learning and using new software systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A genuine interest in helping people find the right insurance solutions.
Active P&C License
Responsibilities
Provide information about personal lines insurance policies and their benefits.
Help clients navigate the process of obtaining new policies or making changes to existing ones.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date in our systems.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
