Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive and helpful demeanor.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
A genuine desire to help others and build relationships.
Active P&C License
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries.
Provide information about our insurance products and services, identifying potential needs.
Support the sales team by gathering client information and preparing necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate and organized client records in our system.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative office atmosphere.
