Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous administrative experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with a knack for accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

P&C License Required

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial insurance team.

Manage client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and organized.

Assist with the preparation of insurance proposals, applications, and renewal documents.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and client consultations.

Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately and providing excellent customer service.

Support the sales process by generating reports and maintaining client databases.

Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy-related documents accurately.
