Salary Range: $114,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in car sales, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and a thorough familiarity with used car markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a sales team, set goals, and generate high performance.
  • Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • Problem-solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and DMS software
Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Inventory Management: Oversee the selection, pricing, and promotion of used vehicles to maximize profitability.

Customer Relations: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving any customer complaints effectively.

Performance Tracking: Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve the team's performance.

Staff Training: Implement ongoing training programs to foster the professional development of the sales team.

Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and finance companies for optimal vehicle acquisition and deal structuring.
