Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

Language Skills: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in a bilingual setting.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one shortly after hiring.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Customer-Oriented: A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with an emphasis on building long-lasting relationships.

Technology Skills: Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective and current clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and comprehensive understanding of their insurance needs.

Policy Guidance: Offer expert advice on policy options, helping clients make informed decisions that enhance their coverage and financial security.

Sales Initiatives: Actively pursue new business through client referrals, inbound and outbound phone calls, and other lead generation strategies.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience than in turn also turn to potentially more sales.

Record Maintenance: Accurately document client interactions and transactions in the agency’s database system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term connections with clients, building trust and demonstrating the agency’s commitment to their needs.
