This role offers a competitive base salary of $30,000 - $50,000 annually, with additional commission and bonus opportunities based on performance. Requirements
  • License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required.  A license is not required to apply.
  • Preferred candidate would have their license and experience, but willing to train someone who will get their Tennessee and Georgia insurance licenses.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
  • Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
