Salary Range: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Requirements

This role is 100% in-office M-F 9am - 5:30pm.

  • Property and Casualty license - applicants without a license will NOT be considered.
  • Previous insurance experience, preferably recent Allstate experience - applicants without 1 year of experience will NOT be considered.
  • Strong understanding of how to service and sell property and casualty insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cross-selling techniques to promote additional insurance products.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to address their insurance needs and answer queries.
  • Service Requests: Process service inquiries, changes to policies, and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Policy Selling: Educate clients on available insurance products and assist in purchasing decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.
