We are seeking an experienced sales person with recent prior Allstate experience to work remotely as an Insurance Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will be an up-beat self-starter with a track record of hitting sales goals. Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Must work on Pacific time (9am - 5:30pm M-F). Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the Pacific time zone.
• Prior Allstate experience within the last 5 years
• Property & casualty insurance license
• Must be willing to dial 100+ calls daily – this level of activity is required in order to be successful
• Must be willing to work Internet leads and requotes.
• Genuine willingness to learn and to be coached.

• Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.
• Prospect for new business by calling leads from referrals, marketing, cold-calling, and databases.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

• Mentor associates.
