Our sales team is looking to add three or four full time team members that start out as 100% in-office for the first 3 months of paid training, and then possibly move to hybrid or remote as you progress.

We are seeking a sales person to work as an Insurance Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will be an up-beat self-starter with a track record of hitting sales goals in any industry. We are one of the largest Allstate agencies in Oregon and growing fast!

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Meet new sales production goals and objectives as established.

• Mentor associates.
